Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.

UK delivery is handled by Royal Mail or other couriers, depending on the size and weight of your order. Estimated delivery times are 2-3 business days once dispatched, though this is not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at gabrindley@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
